From the first meeting to handing over the keys: this is how we turn your dining vision into a built restaurant. Every stage has clear deliverables and your approval before moving forward.
PHASE 01
We meet with you to understand your dining concept, target audience, budget, location, and business goals. We analyze the venue (if it already exists), study the competition, and define the creative direction together.
Estimated duration: 1–2 weeks
PHASE 02
We develop the architectural concept: spatial layout, zoning (dining room, bar, kitchen, restrooms, storage), staff and guest circulation flows, and the visual identity of the space. We present preliminary 3D renders.
Estimated duration: 2–3 weeks
PHASE 03
We produce all the technical documentation needed to build: detailed architectural drawings, material specifications, lighting design, electrical and plumbing plans, professional kitchen design, and construction budget.
Estimated duration: 3–4 weeks
PHASE 04
Detailed selection and design of furniture, ambient and decorative lighting, finishes, textiles, tableware, and decorative elements. All aligned with the dining concept and your brand identity.
Estimated duration: 2–3 weeks (parallel to Phase 03)
PHASE 05
Constant presence during construction to ensure every design detail is executed with the expected quality. We coordinate with contractors, resolve on-site issues, and verify finishes.
